Requested a drainage plan that included rainwater retention and irrigation. Drainage plan was over due by several weeks and we were informed that they would need more time since they were having turnover at the company. We waited 3 months and complained, and were told they would have the plan to us by the end of the week. What we received was a disjointed mess, that was outside of what we had initially described to the rep who came to see the property.
