I had my first curly cut with Helen Marie and she was the best! she brought my curls back to life, I feel like they look so much lighter and healthier. This was our first time going to Austin Curls. We didn't really know what to expect because we've had a hard time trusting people with my daughter's hair. The atmosphere was super cute and very inviting. Heather brought us back and sat down and listened to us on what we went through, what we were looking for and hoping for. She more than delivered!! For years I relaxed my hair and finally I grew the relaxer out and now all my natural curls are here. I didn't really know how to care for and style my curls. Overall I have been pretty frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Austin Curls, after trusting my stylist could fix the mistake that was made in my initial appointment (see photo), I have only been let down by the lack of service and expertise provided, by both my stylist and Austin Curls as a whole. I’m someone who values spending money on services, because I believe you tend to get what you pay for, but I spent over $400 on a balayage service that I now have to go somewhere else to have fixed. Heather was the best. I have dry, bleached, frizzy, 3b curls. She cut, colored, and styled (which I never let a stylist do) my hair. She was able to make my hair so soft and manageable. It's healthy and long and just beautiful now. I am even getting compliments on my hair daily. Heather made me laugh and relax. I felt genuinely cared about. I found my forever stylist.
