A wealth of accurate information and always willing to discuss best options for whatever you may be facing. I’ve talked to Tom about health issues I’ve faced and those that my loved ones have faced. He is never too busy to give me information.
I agree wholeheartedly with all these reviews and can only add one thing. I can say this about maybe 5 people in all my 58 years. For me, Tom is someone - that when I'm around him - I just rest and know everything is going to be okay.
Tom will stop everything and really listen to you. He always goes up and beyond giving superior customer service, explaining in detail the pros and cons allowing you to make intelligent decisions. Whenever I need supplements he will ship them that day if I can't make it in. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
