Alex was so nice - he immediately answered the phone and when we described what was happening he knew exactly what was wrong. Best A/C service ever! We will only use Austin Cool Air from now on.
Alex was very responsive and quick to help us with our AC. He helped us trouble shoot so that we would know how to fix things in the future. He was a genuinely good person, very kind and honest.
