Great Service I was in and out in 15 minutes with a big smile and a Jura that was back working perfectly.
Carlos is a great guy and is very passionate about his job, cannot recommend him enough to fix or mod any coffee machine.
Highly recommend! Carlos was amazing in fixing our coffee maker and took extra time in explaining how the machine works. Do not hesitate to reach out to him.
I was thrilled to find Austin Coffee Technician where I can drive my espresso maker for service without having to ship. Carlos is awesome - he diagnosed my issue incredibly quickly, found the exact part that I needed (which unfortunately was out of stock), and luckily had a (used) replacement part available which I gladly accepted. I was able to come home with a working espresso maker that he did a cleanup on, and I appreciated the instruction he provided me to better maintain myself. Highly recommend!
Austin Coffee Tech advised me to buy a Jura A1 automatic coffee and espresso machine 8 or 9 years ago, when I was looking for an upgrade from the machine I had used for a number of years before then. The Jura A1 was so good, I bought a second machine, and have used it with great satisfaction. I like a machine that grinds the coffee beans just before brewing whatever coffee drink I want.
