Carlos was very helpful. I had several questions and he responded quickly. Got my grinder back and fixed before I had a chance to miss it.

Fantastic experience with Carlos! I brought Carlos our older Rocket r58 that was making increasingly odd noises and inconsistent espresso. He sent us back home with what feels like a new machine. Highly recommend him for any coffee machine repair.
