I went to Dawn after a friend referred me for debilitating neck pain. I had been seen at Urgent Care the day before where I was diagnosed with a sprained ligament, given a shot, and 2 scripts- an anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxer. The meds helped take the edge off the pain. Then I saw Dawn. She found many issues and did a LOT of soft tissue work on me.
