Philip was amazing to work with! I worked with him for several weeks and he was very patient and really listened to my needs. He made apartment hunting very easy! I highly recommend him to anyone! You will not be disappointed!
I met with Philip to discuss moving closer in-town and met him downtown on a Saturday after speaking on the phone. He bought me coffee, telling me he had the perfect place. He wasn't kidding! I signed a lease with the first place we looked! It was a studio high-rise unit with wood floors, washer/dryer facing the river. The building was in a great part of town and close to biking, trails and kayak rentals. This review is long overdue, but I think that only speaks to how easily and efficiently Philip was able to match my boyfriend and I to an apartment that allowed us to transition quickly into our new lives in Austin from central NY. Although we weren't entirely sure what we wanted, we knew what we didn't like, so Philip drove us all over the city looking at various complexes that all fell into the "must haves" category for us.
