I've been really impressed by the administrative staff at this practice. As a new patient, I asked a lot of disorganized out-of-sequence questions and they always knew how to point me in the right direction, despite my being flustered and emotional (bc, well, fertility). My consultation with Dr. Kavoussi was also through and unrushed. I also have not felt pressured to move forward with more invasive steps before I am ready.

Quick procedure. They prep you well, so I knew exactly what to expect. I showed up on time. My appointment was on time. Whole procedure took several minutes. Dr K was professional and had a great attitude, which helped me to stay calm. Highly recommend.
For the record guys I just left the vasectomy clinic. EASIEST PROCEDURE EVER! I laid down for 15 minutes and before I knew it it was over! Dr Luke Machen at Austin Fertility and Reproductive Health in Round Rock is amazing. He was very sensitive to my concerns and quite gentle with my goods. I highly recommend.
