We had an amazing experience with Austin Catering! Food was 10/10 bar service was also 10/10!! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for event catering! Everyone at our wedding LOVED the food! We will be using them again for future events!
We had a mixed experience with Austin Catering. On the positive side, the food and drinks themselves were great, and we received a ton of compliments from our guests. We also chose family-style dinner service and absolutely loved that format. Unfortunately, there were several significant issues with the execution. We cannot recommend Austin Catering enough! From the very beginning, they were so responsive, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating with all of our requests. Throughout the entire planning process, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, which took so much stress off our plates. We had K.D. and the Austin Catering team cater our wedding this spring, and they were wonderful to work with! They created an entirely custom Colombian-inspired menu for our cocktail hour and reception, including arepas, patacones, and several other dishes that were meaningful to us. As someone with celiac disease, it was also incredibly important to me that the food be 100% gluten-free, and their team did an amazing job accommodating that for us. Horrible management. The kitchen ALWAYS forgets to send items. Staff have to use their own money to make up for the companies mistakes. Company puts customer last and profit first.
