Very friendly - courtesy tire service
I was traveling through Conway from Jonesboro to Booneville pulling a trailer with a low tire. Mr Austin and his employee aired my tire up and visited with me and treated me like I had just bought a new set of Michelins from them. That’s customer service at its best. Thanks
The people of Conway overwhelmingly suggested Austin Brothers..... I'm glad I listened!!! By far the cheapest quote for two new tires. Nice, understanding, patient people who never got frustrated with my unfamiliarity with the whole process. I walked over to Wendy's to work on school while I waited. Austin Brothers Tire is an amazing place to have close. They are fast and very friendly. They looked super busy this afternoon but still fit me in to look at a tire I was having problems with. They found the problem, plugged my tire and sent me on my way. I would 100% recommend their services! One happy customer!
