Asked them to replace my starter. Instead, I picked up my car 9 hours later to discover that they’d replaced the battery terminal instead, which I told them when they called me 2 hours in that wasn’t the issue, but I’d appreciate them replacing it if they had time AFTER they replaced the starter. I tried to ask the woman at the desk when I picked my car up why they didn’t replace the starter, and she was too busy talking to her friend and playing with his dog to pay any attention to my question. RecommendedAmazing service! Had a screw go in the tire, and they had me in and out in about 20 minutes (with a parking lot FULL of cars/customers). Great people!
I had issues with my heater only blowing out the defrost and they found the vacuum leak and replace the hose. I also had issues with my brakes and while they were looking at it they realize that the last shop that I had put the brakes on did not do it properly, and my rear brakes were not working at all on my Jeep. They were able to fix the rear brakes. I just moved here about a year ago, and have been to 4 other shops in Conway prior to Austin Brothers . I’ve gone to Austin Brothers several times, and they always have such great customer service. I don’t write reviews often, but I feel like they definitely deserve one. They are always fair, kind, and speedy. Best place in Conway.
I can honestly say I feel like I often get more than I give for automotive needs when I go to Austin Brothers in Conway. I’ve been using them... and only them... for years now. Hugh, Becky, Ian, and others... I trust them 110%. I have nothing against any other automotive repair shop... but I’d drive past 100 of them to go to Austin Bros in Conway.
Hand down best customer service in Arkansas! I have had to go by several times for tires issues & they are the sweetest! Makes me feel like I am apart of the family! I left from needing a tire replaced. I called them in a panic because I am going out of town this afternoon. The said no worries and took care of me and made sure I was on the road well before I needed to be! They will forever have my service!
We needed some A/C work on a car that was new to us. They told me what needed done and exactly how much it would cost before ever starting on the car. They were polite, professional, and communicated with me through the whole process. The mechanic also alerted us to some other issues that were fine right now but would need to be looked at in the future.
great Mechanics and great customer service. these guys care to do their jobs right and they're kind and courteous. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Do not go here . they are so disrespectful to females. one of the workers pretty much called my girlfriend a liar!!!!!!
