Do not take Calcium supplement 24 hrs before Bo e density test. I was not told this when I scheduled both my mammogram and bone density appointments. I will have to come back. Drove 1 1/2 hours because I like their office and mammogram service in the past. So disappointing, I just happen to hear receptionist tell another patient when scheduling bone density and asked. Otherwise, I have always been happy with their office, staff and service in the past.

UPDATE: If you received a bill that should have been covered by insurance and the billing phone number on your invoice isn't working, call the scheduling line and they will redirect you to a live human. Adding 2 stars if this gets addressed as they promised it would. I am unfortunately in the same position as another reviewer. My mammogram was fine, but apparently, they did not submit the claim in a timely fashion, so I was just presented with a bill for the full amount, roughly 8 months post-service. The mammography itself back in May was fine, however my insurance company says they did not ever submit a claim. The bill I got said they had not received a response from my insurance so they are billing me for entire cost but please contact them so we can work together on this. After I was on hold with their billing department for more than an hour this morning they hung up on me. I called back right away and after 2 hours 5 minutes of being on hold they let me leave a voicemail that my experience so far gives me some doubt... read more

Once I arrived at the facility, service was excellent! But calling for an appointment was almost impossible. Their call tree system was time consuming and put me on hold without completing the call. Then hung up. It took 4 attempts on different day to set an appointment. Also the lady who makes reminder calls needs training to speak distinctly into the mouthpiece when leaving a voicemail message. Mammogram went very well. There was no waiting time, they got me right in.
