Snake Oil Saleman provides Horrible Quality and service Terrible experience from the start of work clear through an unfinished job with all aspects of the job. Poor installation quality, long schedule delays, and poor communication with bad customer service. Buyer Beware!!

Poor Quality Wood I hired Austin Bluffs Flooring to complete a job at my house a few weeks back. They promised our wood floors would look great. Instead they used wood with lots of holes. I thought they would cut off the holes or hide them under the trim. Instead they proudly displayed the holes in the center of my floor. Apparently we were charged top dollar for wood filler. Very Disappointing Wood Floor Work The wood floor installation went well until there was a problem with what looks to me like warping but they called it cupping. At that point their management denied all responsibility to the issue and said it was water damage. I informed him that we weren't even home during the three day installation period except to let them in but he said it wasn't Austin Bluffs Flooring fault.
