Joel and his team at Austin Block Company did an absolutely amazing job on our retaining wall! They were on time, delivered the product as they were supposed to, and made sure to see the job to the very end. These guys are not only some of the only guys in the industry, but are some of the best guys to work with! Thank you for doing such an amazing job on our project! We are excited to have you back soon for our pool addition down the hill from the main yard!
Unreliable delivery service. They don't show up when scheduled. We lost $1350 on equipment fees waiting for them and they didn't show up until a few weeks later. Said they would reimburse the cost of the equipment rented and now they don't answer messages or emails. Stone brittle and broken. Be aware!
