We've used them for years without issue. The tech is honest about the size of the issue and never tries to force a sale on a bigger item. We trust them to take care of the issue and be fair in pricing.

Excellent customer service! Timely call backs! Top notch products! If these are qualities your looking for, stay away from this company. They installed the unit in our home built by Southern Homes of Polk County ( Id suggest staying away from them as well ). One room in the house barely gets any airflow, and it really wasn't noticeable until last winter as the room did not get used much, yet it had a 19 degree difference as the heat was not flowing into there hardly at all.
