My refrigerator died on Saturday, but they had a replacement to me on Sunday - very happy.
Connie was amazing when I went in this business. I was so pleased with her customer service that I decided to purchase before even choosing anything. She was knowledgeable and couteous. She explained all of the warranties and told me when I could expect the machine to be delivered. The rest of the staff is just the opposite. No appliaces 5 days later.
