VISITING DR PITCHER WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE! Dr Pitcher was very unsure on how to proceed on a very simple case of a PIP fracture. This cost me valuable time but was nothing compared to what him and his back office did next....OPENLY REFUSED TO SIGN THE SURGERY AGREEMENT WITH MY INSURANCE AND LEFT ME PERMANENTLY DISABLED FOR LIFE. I have used this practice more than once and every time I do, I’m very pleased. Registering and checking in online is very easy and cove Kent and the staff is. Rey professional and listen careful for all the concerns. Doctor(s). Are very thorough going over any imaging, explaining how things should work and what is happening to the patient at the moment they present the plan of action and if there is more than one way to approach, they talk about it.
