We had the worst experience working with this company as renters They will use any trick in the book to rip you off. - Hiring very highly priced contractors for fixes. When we suggested cheaper ones they didn’t want to hear about it. - Made up fees for late payments for fixes. Fees that are not in the contract. We were charged with additional $200 bc we paid 2 days after the fix. - Communication is a one way street. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars This company is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. In my case, they took over $1,000 from my deposit, even though I left the place clean. It doesn’t matter how much effort you put into cleaning—tenants are forced to pay for overpriced services from vendors they select, with zero transparency. It honestly felt like a setup: no matter what you do, you will lose money when you move out. On top of that, they even charged me for light bulbs that didn’t exist in the first place.
