Dedy, Doreen, and their team made my first home-buying experience a great one! They were incredibly friendly, patient, and always willing to answer my questions and guide me through every step of the process. I really appreciated how supportive and helpful they were throughout the entire journey.
This company is great to work with. They're friendly and reliable. They offer top services to their customers and are always available to answer questions and help you with the best fit for what you're looking for in a home.
Bad customer service through application process.
Doreen and her team make great use of their many years of real estate experience to provide us with practical advice. They are friendly and approachable with both us and the builder, while maintaining a professional attitude throughout the process.
We have relied on Austin 101 Realty for over ten years – first using their services for listing our rental properties and tenant screenings with Lela, then selling two investment properties with Dedy, and most recently selling our personal home of 17 years with Dedy and Doreen. Their entire team has been responsive, knowledgeable and supportive, helping us across every stage of property management and sales. We highly recommend Austin 101 Realty.
