The older gentleman was great. He is very knowledgeable and remained focus on my trigger points and myofascial release. I go regularly to help my connective pain issue and improve my well-being. This is not a luxury spa, but a great place for a therapeutic massage.

Spent 90 minutes with Michael, which included 60 minutes of deep tissue Tai Chi and 30 minutes of foot reflexology. The work was fantastic, as my body really needed it. I highly recommend this place. I'd been dealing with sciatica pain for two years, and while my chiropractor had done his job, I was still left with stiffness, knots, and excessive tension in my lower back. Michael did an amazing job—I haven't felt this good in over a year.

Aimee is a skillful masseuse. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has decades of experience that inform her techniques. In an hour long massage, she may incorporate Gua Sha, cupping, and other modalities that detoxify the body. She can treat various issues thoroughly over time, and can also provide relief to immediate pain. I have had such positive experience with Aimee, as evidenced by the pain-relief I have felt! Go see Aimee if you want to invest in your health.

My neck is a little stiff and I felt pain in my lower back. Michael was amazing and he applied pressure to the trigger points of my neck & back. Certain acupressure points are marginally painful but not in a bad way. It is surprising how this technique can improve my flexibility and reduce my pain during a one-hour deep massage session. Will definitely return.

I have been suffering from a stiff neck for a couple days. After an one-hour Deep massage session, Michael fixed my issue. He has magic hands!!!
