TOP NOTCH COMPANY!! My wife and I are traveling in a class b motorhome. The generator needed an oil change and being on the bottom of the chassis other companies didn't want to do it. My wife called this company up and guess what? They got us in the next day with an extremely fair bill. Every interaction with employees was courteous, helpful and just good people. My wife and I were backing our fithwheel in our driveway when a leafspring busted. We contacted Austgen for help. Greg the fleet shop manager contacted us quickly and helped us troubleshoot the spring over the phone. He determined that he had the springs, and had us come in the shop that very day. I found the brakes on my RV travel trailer weren’t working just days before leaving for a long trip. The local RV shop couldn’t help me for 2 weeks. Austgen Fleet Maintenance advertised they worked on RVs. I contacted them and they had me bring it in the that day. After a lot of trouble shooting, it turned out it was an intermittent problem not with my trailer by with my tow vehicle having a bad brake controller. I had a broken leaf spring on my 5th wheel toyhauler. I spoke to Greg on the phone and he said bring it in and he would do what he could to fix it. Once Greg saw the spring he got me right in and Doug had the spring replace in a short time. I was impressed with Greg and Doug’s knowledge and willingness to get the spring replaced quickly. I would highly recommend Austgen for any RV service.
