I was waiting 15 min outside due to Covid.. I then went in and they had no knowledge I was even sitting outside due to miscommunication. I just feel for the outrageous amount of cost for service the customer service should be better.

Today I went to the office to do a simple restoration, they charge me $ 430 for a small restoration on the front teeth... last year I paid $ 70 to do the same restoration at another dentist! I told him I would talk with my husband because it was too expensive and then I left the clinic without doing that and they charged me $ 131. I didn't do anything! they said that they charged me because they took an exam but I didn’t understand what the exam is about, I don’t have any exam with me..they just don’t say the price before ch... read more
The staff is extremely knowledgeable from the receptionists to the actual dentists. Everybody knows what they have to do to get the proper job done. Everyone is very very friendly.
The staff explained what they was doing today with my care and made me feel completely at ease

I wasn’t able to make my original appointment. They were able to reschedule me for the same day and they had fast and great service.
Had 9:20 appointment, left at 11:00 without being seen because I had to go to work. I got up to use the restroom at one point and they sat another patient in my room.
