I just want to say a big thank you to Nigel from austar solar, we have had our solar and battery installed about a month ago and since have been completely self sufficient using only 36c of grid power lol. Nigel was knowledgeable and super helpful in guiding us into the right option for us. We also didn't go without power during a recent outage due to Nigel offering us some backup circuits. We had 42kw Foxess battery installed at Port Macquarie. We had a hold up with an installer who did the wrong thing by Austar. Not their fault. Work was done neatly and professionally. Nigel and Adam were easy to deal with and always courteous. Followed up on the job till it was fully installed. Really nice guys to deal with. Thanks guys.
A very positive experience with Aussie Solar. From Nigel in sales, Mark in customer service, Sam in the support team and the installation team, all communicated well, very friendly and professional. GoodWe 40kw battery and 10kw inverter. Great price and working as advertised . Highly recommend Aussie Solar and GoodWe.
Refused to refund my deposit when I cancelled my install , even though I have initial emails and phone messages saying they would refund . Multiple pushbacks as they only had one installer who quit
