The tech cut both of our dogs. One has a really bad cut under his arm. The other’s paw has a chunk missing. Terrible!

We contacted this customer and were able to address their concerns- the groomer is new and as a result of this negative feedback is receiving additional training and more oversight of her grooms on a day-to-day basis.
Carly was fantastic and did a beautiful job on my German Shepherd Kayla! She was in desperate need of a good grooming and now she looks and smells beautiful! Highly recommend!
Nicole is a trash talker and is quite rude! I WOULD NEVER TRUST HER WITH MY DOG! I’d rather have my baby groomed at sport clips. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

I wish I had a before and after of Ozzie, because it was quite a transformation! Jessica was able to squeeze us in with a same day appointment due to a cancellation. Ozzie is a quirky little dog with a bark much bigger than his actual size, but probably just as big as his bite. I've always been terrified to take him somewhere to get groomed, because he's such a grumpy little dog, so I have been attempting to cut him myself (and failing miserably). My Ellie had her first grooming (ever!) today and I could not be happier with how things went! Nicole is seriously the dog whisperer! My dog who requires a team of people at the vet to hold her to cut her nails let her cut her nails and primp her with NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. She even managed to get bows in her hair.. something I've been attempting to do since she was a baby! I'm sure she'll look forward to her snuggles with Nicole in a few months! Thanks again for everything!!
