Peter was amazing to deal with. This was my first home loan and Peter supported me through the whole process. I highly recommend dealing with Peter.
Met with one of the brokers in August. Was ready to buy and needed to move fast. Broker took over a week to respond, with lacklustre information and what turned out to be below average servicing. Sent a message to arrange pre approval and never heard back. Contacted Blackbird Mortgage Solutions and had pre approval, and servicing of $200k more within 48hours of contact. 3 months later I get an automated message from Aussie claiming they’re wanting to help out. Bit late folks!
Poor communication.
Worst broker in Bendigo... I turned up to meet Mr Peter Waracuaba after going thru my finances he turned me down told me I wouldn't get a home loan. Went to Millenial Finance in Bendigo got a home loan no worries. I have now brought my first home. Would never recommend Aussie to anybody.
