Faye and her husband Wayne are frauds who stole money from 100's of people, banks, small business owners, employees, and contractors, repeatedly. You can do a min amount of research and see their record in Florida and Texas. They lie cheat and steal, then when they get sued file for bankruptcy. All while preaching about how they are people of God. Their god is the money they can steal from you. They have been run out of Pearland, Marble Falls, and have taken their show to Willis. Be aware. Snakes can be trusted more.

I trusted the realtor and leased a commercial space just to end up getting shut down by the Fire Marshall because the space is a fire hazard and isn't fit to be leased. The space next to it also has been shut down. Time, energy, and money gone. Haven't heard from them since.
