Zong was my property manager. He was always responsive, helpful and professional and when we needed help he wanted the best possible outcome for us. Although there was minor damage to the property due to deterioration at the end of our tenancy, Zong ensured we got our full bond back and made flexible arrangements so we didn't have to spend more money than necessary. I recommend him as an expert!

Ausin have managed the affairs of our 2 rental properties for several years now, and in that time, we've had a minimum of difficulty in ensuring that our properties are looked after, that excellent tenants have occupied the properties, and when & where required, to ensure that maintenance is completed in a timely manner for our tenants.
