The technician, *****, has been to my house several times now to fix my ac (which is under warranty). He blames my filter (I've replaced it three times since May), my plumbing (because the ac pipes keep getting clogged), and the weather (apparently **s aren't able to cool any lower than 25 degrees less than the temp outside) on why it keeps failing. This company is extremely unprofessional and rude. I'm left shocked that anyone can do business and remain open with their attitude and lack of service mentality. The dispatcher yelled at me on the phone and called me selfish for working.....don't EVER do business with them
