Super helpful, assisted with replacing an existing gate opener battery at a property we had just purchased. Also able to provide replacement gate opener remotes and some solar outdoor lights. All products have worked perfectly for close to a year now. Very happy with service also, they were able to provide me with a user manual for the existing gate opener which I’m not sure is available for sale anymore. Very responsive to email. Would recommend AusAuc and will be purchasing from them again.
Purchased a reel rock 900 canopy rangehood Turned out to be good quality and very affordable under 400 with high extraction and black tempered glass tops all around. The decibel on sound test was around 70-95db led light are pretty bright. Install was as per instructions and everything was included.

I bought the gate opener for my property. My gate opener was broken on Christmas morning. I contacted Ausauc a couple days later after I spoke to the installer. He suggested that I may try to claim under warranty. I wasn’t expecting any results since I bought on eBay. However, the customer service replied my message promptly and offered free replacement parts. I’m here to write a review to let everyone know how much I appreciate their support. Placed my order on 14 December and have not received it. It’s now 15 January and they will not answer the phone and will not respond to my emails. Terrible, terrible service.
