The doctor himself seemed reasonable, but his staff appeared to be negligent and lazy. A week prior to my first appointment I sent them a comprehensive package including numerous test results and a request to obtain many more results from the Las Vegas Neurological Center (NVNC). When I came to the appointment, it was clear that my package was not given to the doctor, and no attempt was made to obtain results from NVNC. Dr Nagy kept me waiting on the table before going into the operating room for three hours without calling and no apology. My back still hurts. I think he is more concerned about money then he is in his patients.
He is the most gentle , kind, and intelligent doctor. We instantly felt confident in his knowledge and skills. Our trust was well placed, after flawless procedures my tremors are gone, thanks to DBS.
Dr.Nagy treated me using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.2 weeks ago he stopped the treatment.The treatment should have 30 sessions.I finished 16 sessions. After 16 sessions my depression is much worse and that is a normal feeling according to specialists in the TMS.I called my insurance company since I could not contact the doctor.The insurance company somehow contacted Nagy and was told that he closed the office and informed all patients. He did not inform ALL patients.I was not contacted!!!
Dr Nagy provided excellent guidance and my laminectomy was a great success. What I liked about Dr Nagy was that he didn’t try to automatically move toward a spinal fusion solution and was able to determine very quickly that a laminectomy from L2 thru L4 would give me about 80% pain relief and would not compromise my back movement in the future. Aside from the immediate pain of the surgical procedure, I can report that my pain is gone and I now have my life back. Thank you, William Flader

I first saw Dr. Nagy about 3 years ago at the urging of my primary care doctor. I mentally was not ready for surgery and Dr. Nagy listened to me. He did not pressure me and told me whenever I am ready - just give him a call. Well, I was not ready but my back was, so in July I called Dr. Nagy. Again he listened to me express my fears and calmed me down. It has been five weeks post-surgery and I now wonder what was I afraid of, I haven’t felt this good in years.
