Superb customer service. I walked in and they sized my watch on-site despite the fact that it wasn't purchased there. And they did it for free! The jeweler was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in getting the size just right. Thank you, Aurum!

I fell in love with this store several years ago but definitely needed their help after I lost my wedding rings...... (don't ask; it's a touchy subject) Betty was sooo kind & helpful! And the rings ~ such amazing designs and diamonds!!! My only complaint in the whole process is ......... it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to make a decision! But I finally WAS able to choose a lovely ring & I just love it. I DO adore this store... so many delectable pieces, in all different price ranges! Check it out.
