Worst corrupt office ever. Starts with that rude, simple receptionist. I have no co-pay ever with Medicare (primary) and retired federal government insurance GEHA. Ms. Simple said I have "gap" insurance, gave her $20.00 in cash..never gave me a receipt. My Insurance company tried to call this office at least 10 times..the "receptionist" looks at the caller ID picks up the phone and hangs up. I want my $20.00 refunded to me since I have the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and she was paid for the visit and says patient re... read more
