What happened to this place??? pizza was an hour late an wrong too bad used to be the best in town
Long delivery time said it'll be here in 1 hour and its going pass 2 hours. Asked if they think its acceptable then asked for something off and got sorry but no. Asked for a manager and said there is no manager and they manage themselves. Really cruddy way to treat customers
I have never had such horrible service in my life. My food was made incorrectly. Then after calling serval times with no answer had to drive back to get a refund. I have never felt so disrespected in my life when I just wanted my money back and I would have been on my way. Instead he had to argue with me the whole time and wouldn't give me my money! Never again!
I've been ordering from Aurora's Pizza for over ten years now. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the crew are nice.
Really disappointed .. This place used to be my favorite
Food was delivered 1.5 hrs after I placed the order. The time frame is not what I cared about at all. My food was cold not lukewarm cold and I could barely get a word in when I called the owner. She is rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my situation. Customer service was horrible. I wasn't rude at all so I don't understand why she was. Had the customer service been professional I could have over looked this. Being rude is unacceptable so I will take my business elsewhere.
