Hour and 1/2 to deliver 1 grinder, 1 wrap, mozzarella sticks and a single slice of pizza. The grinder was completely wrong. The slice of pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni. The “mozzarella “ sticks had no mozzarella in them so just fried breading. Called them to explain and had to be called back when the driver got back. Apparently the driver is also the cook. The owner is always so rude and snobby. My family has been giving them business for over 10 years and she has always been rude, but we continued to order because food is good and they are right on our street. But after todays interaction I will happily never go back.
First time ordering from here since they were in Chicopee center. We ordered a house special large calzone to be delivered to our house and in error received a house special large pizza. To our amazement we were pleasantly surprised as to how amazing this pizza was!!! You can definitely count on this place to be your number one pizza joint in Chicopee! it is definitely hours now.
Pizza and soft serve ice cream for dessert. Can't go wrong. Great pizza place.

Ordered 2 hours ago, a salad, 4inch kids meal sandwich and kids meal chicken tenders. Still not here. Called after hour and a half and the person I spoke with said it was just being made! And they were very busy! 2 HOURS for this small amount of food that almost all of it does not even need to be cooked! My kid is still awake and hungry! We order from here a lot but not anymore, never again!! This is crazy, you lost a good customer and I will never recommend this place again.
