This is my second pregnancy with this clinic and I have had decent care here. The providers do a great job, very efficient. But I called to reschedule an appointment recently and attempted to call 4 times during their normal business hours and each time I waited on hold for 10 minutes and nobody answered. I then messaged the provider through my livewell app to try and reschedule and I explained I’d called several times/waited on hold each time and a nurse got back to me with a simple message “please call our clinic to resche... read more

95% of the staff here is great, I can account for 1 awful experience with Dr. Angie Z during my pregnancy - bringing me to tears for asking her questions which was followed by being harshly ridiculed. You'd think a medical professional working with hormonal pregnant women would be nothing but compassionate, and have adequate people skills- think again. This review is a year and a half late, but I had a wonderful experience with Aurora Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Women's Pavillion in West Allis. Everyone from the staff, NPs, and doctors in the office to the team who cared for me during L&D and postpartum recovery was compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I was comfortable that I was in good hands during my entire pregnancy journey.

Everyone I met with through my pregnancy , delivery and postpartum baby blues were absolutely amazing. From the med techs , providers, RN’s , receptionists. I had bad postpartum depression and the support I was given was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the clinic and woman’s pavilion.

You will be medically gaslit, made to walk through wings of the hospital while being admitted to ER, every single department is understaffed every day of the week, forgotten, made to wait hours in emergencies, hung up on without callbacks, receptionists will ignore phones for 15 minutes at a time. I came in my 2nd trimester bleeding moderately and told me they can’t find an issue and discharged me with no more info or follow up. This is the 5th awful experience I have had at this hospital. I have had 2 go ok. Staff is kind b... read more
