Unfortunately didn’t even get past their bad customer service to see the Doctor. I called ahead of time to get information on the recovery timeline after the medical procedure and they couldn’t even tell me basic information over the phone. Would have taken 30 seconds to ask a nurse about the recovery. They didn’t even care, saying I had to see the doctor. Don’t bother making an appointment. They will wait until two days before you are supposed to come in, tell you the doctor isn’t available, and then try to reschedule you for three months from then. I have been making appointments for nearly a year, and they cancel them each time. Save yourself the time and annoyance and go somewhere else.
This is my second pregnancy with this clinic and I have had decent care here. The providers do a great job, very efficient. But I called to reschedule an appointment recently and attempted to call 4 times during their normal business hours and each time I waited on hold for 10 minutes and nobody answered. 95% of the staff here is great, I can account for 1 awful experience with Dr. Angie Z during my pregnancy - bringing me to tears for asking her questions which was followed by being harshly ridiculed. You'd think a medical professional working with hormonal pregnant women would be nothing but compassionate, and have adequate people skills- think again. This review is a year and a half late, but I had a wonderful experience with Aurora Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Women's Pavillion in West Allis. Everyone from the staff, NPs, and doctors in the office to the team who cared for me during L&D and postpartum recovery was compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I was comfortable that I was in good hands during my entire pregnancy journey.
