We're able to go in. Location wasn't too crowded. It was very clean. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
They were good about not proceeding with scheduled procedure as the doctor was not comfortable with equipment on hand. Now we need a hospital visit to go ahead with that planned procedure. Was really hoping to be in, done and out in one day. Now having to go through the pre-op stress again is not a pleasant experience. Staff was great in every way. The Medical Center just didn't have what was needed (I'm assuming equipment and personnel) to go forward with procedure. Guess we were ABBY NORMAL and more difficult than expected... read more
