0/5 stars if possible. Do not go to this hospital or Emergency Room unless you want to wait 4-8hours and have your condition get worse while waiting. My mom who was in severe pain patiently waited for the 6 people before her to be seen then watched a couple of additional walk ins after her be seen before walking up and asking when would she be called. I went into the emergency room yesterday because im 3 months pregnant and I was experiencing heavy bleeding and cramping. I’m a high risk pregnancy due to my health issues. I was scared to lose my baby and I was in pain. I waited about 45 after checkin and everyone who came after me was being seen first. I asked the receptionist how long would it be after for me to get called. The receptionist told me “We have priorities and emergencies first”! Dr. Heibert and the nurses were very professional and thorough in helping with a very unexpected medical problem. The nurses were especially kind as I was in a great deal of discomfort and helped relieve that discomfort as quickly as possible.
