I cannot say enough good things about Aurora Veterinary Hospital. My dog had several health issues over the 5 years he went to this veterinary hospital and the care he received here was always excellent. The proof was in the way that he was always excited when we got there. Even in his passing, we received amazingly compassionate treatment. I recommend them to everyone.
The staff is so friendly and knowledgable! They make you feel & your loved ones comfortable and welcomed. I used to live up north but now I live in West Seattle, they are definitely worth the drive.
My dogs have been Dr. Bernstein's patients for over 10 years. Even when I lived in Bellingham, I drove down to see him. He's always up on the literature and willing to talk to me frankly about what is known and what is uncertain, indulging my data-drive. He is entirely transparent about work "in the back" and has taken me back to show me skin scrapings under the scope. His inclusiveness and candidness has earned my trust and appreciation entirely.
My adorable old lab just had surgery to repair a torn acl yesterday. I was kind of a mess as I've never had to put a pet through surgery. Bunny is a senior pup to boot, so I was extra nervous. She came out of it great and the entire staff was so very sweet. So far, recovery is looking right on track and for the first time in almost two months, I'm confident that my little senior pup is gonna be good as new!
