I'd recommend Aurora on basically every count. They impressed us when we took in our (very difficult) cat for a tooth cleaning with the level of quality care she received. I was even more impressed when we brought in our new scared kitten (who peed all over the office. Sorry!). Not only were they kind, thorough, and quick, they also caught a parasite that we would have never noticed and made sure he got the care he needed. YAY for Aurora Veterinary Hospital! Love them! This past Tuesday my dear little boy, Thomas had oral surgery for a terrible abscess. I asked if they could put him in a quiet place during recovery because cage clanking noises scare him terribly. See attached photo for where he got to recover. The person he’s “hanging” with is one of the staff ❤️ Now THAT’s going the extra mile! — at Aurora Veterinary Hospital.
I would recommend Dr Sowell for his attention to detail. He was the only vet who saw my Teddy had a broken tooth.
Casey Sowell DMV, as well as other vets are very helpful, sharing knowledge and skills. Staff are friendly and give good service. Highly recommended.
Staff and doctors are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and always willing to help.
Our pets have been cared for by the amazing staff for years. I would not take them anywhere else.
