I do NOT recommend this urology clinic! The physician’s scheduler mis schedules appointment dates. The urology NP canceled the appointment last minute after waiting 2 weeks for the initial appointment. Find a different provider. Already got in touch with Aurora’s compliance for really disrupting care. I thought providers take an oath to do no harm. Both the provider and scheduler are responsible for lack of care and service. Please do better Aurora Urology.
Pitiful office staff at desk. 14 phone calls today none answered all hung up.
Summer hours are extremely limited, schedulers are rude, the doctors don't look at My Advocate Aurora to be familiar with messages, nurses from doctors office don't talk with the Aurora at home nurses. Huge breakdown in communication. I wish there were more doctors to choose from.
A fine place to drop off a deposit.
Can't get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment.
