Mark Dawydowycz, PA-C Was awful. I have no idea how this person is allowed to work in healthcare. He seemed a bit socially awkward helping me. I have a medical background so I definitely understand what I’m saying & what I’m asking to be treated for. He simply said well I can’t do anything for you right now. That was the end of the visit. I usually don’t ever want to name drop employees but when it comes to healthcare, there are some things that are not okay. Mark D. was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I went to urgent care with a real problem that I need answers to. He made me feel wrong for doing research on my own, he made me feel like the information I collected on my own was invalid. My doctor is here and he and his staff are wonderful. My problem wass with security. She literally shood me out into 90° heat, because I was talking on the phone in the lobby WITH MY SURGERY NURSE. I wasn't even doing anything loud and there wasn't anyone sitting around me. I had a test to get and I was on the phone with the nurse getting details for the receptionist. Totally normal.
