Came here to get my right foot looked at. Grace (front desk at urgent care clinic) went above and beyond to take care of me. All clinic staff there were professional and polite.
I initially had a good experience at this clinic. The front desk receptionist, the first nurse, and the doctor I saw during my first visit were friendly, attentive, and actually listened to my concerns. I felt heard and cared for, which was great. However, when I had to return the same day (07/14/2025 @5:20ish) due to a concerning health issue that possibly had to do with my initial exam(bleeding from a place I absolutely should not be), the experience took a turn. Absolutely horrible went in with a broken rib and a bruised chest from an accident these afternoon ER nurses do not know how to find veins bruised my arm poked and dug around now my arm goes numb every time I bend it to long these ppl need to go back to school or not be in the field. No bed side manners i guess its an aurora thing because every time i tell them im a hard stick they just dig around. Garbage never again!
The staff were very kind, and concerned about my symptoms. But when the initial results for lymes disease came back positive, even though I had all the excruciating symptoms (if any of you have had lymes disease you know how excruciating it is all over your body) and the bullseye indicative to lymes disease on my chest, they refused to treat me with antibiotics, pending the secondary results!!! Went on a Saturday and I was told they did not do x-rays on the weekend. They would take me to the hospital wing for the x-rays but not to worry I would only be charged an urgent care rate. Imagine my surprise when I saw a very expensive bill from Aurora for hospital charges for the X-rays. The patient contact center said this is incorrect information and the hospital charges are correct. I would have never agreed to the X-rays if the staff were educated and upfront about Aurora billing charges.
