Ben W. and Ian are phenomenal. Ian is top tier. I have seen him multiple times both for myself and my kid and he is always the same kind, caring, empathetic, and funny nurse who clearly cares about his patients. Ben has the same energy and ability to make people feel comfortable and laugh, even when they feel awful. Everyone I've seen there has been nice, but these two stand out. Thank you guys, I appreciate you all.
My father has multiple fractured ribs. He is still in beginning stages so he is still in a lot of pain. Even mundane tasks like coughing cause him pain. This is the first checkup he's had since he broke ribs. The nurse we saw (black hair, badge that says 'I love naps') was nice; no complaints about her. She was the only staff we encountered that was kind, friendly, and treated us like we were valued patients. I would probably just go elsewhere
Went into urgent care for kidney pain. Not sure why the hours are only until 4pm, but was really in pain and couldn’t wait another day. Arrived within 15 mins of closing time, at the same time as another person. Despite getting there at the same time, the receptionist took the other patient but very rudely turned me away saying they “were full” and told me to come back tomorrow. Very poor customer service at De Pere urgent care, I came in for an ear infection, people that were coming in after me were getting called before me and I asked about it bc I had reserved a time and she said that the reservation is just a formality, that they've been busy all day but yet I was the only one in there NOT getting called. and it's been an hr and I'm still waiting for the dr to see me. Why have the option to reserve a time if it means nothing to you!
