Seems they love to run my card to collect all the fees but when it comes down to figuring out whats wrong they have no answers and the "new" staff at the entrance is a joke. Rude and unproffessional. This clinic used to be my favorite..not anymore

When you go in for your preventative visit, don't let your provider ask you questions about anything else! They will add an Office visit to your charge and you then have 2 charges instead of one! They will not do anything to help you! They are only there for the money and not to help you!!
Dr hester-diaz is great! the staff is so nice and caring.
