We had an extremely frustrating experience a couple of years ago. We booked two tire appointments, but when we arrived, one of them had to be cancelled because your team failed to properly schedule it. Mistakes happen—that’s not the main issue. What is completely unacceptable is how your staff handled the situation. Their behavior was shockingly unprofessional: rude, disrespectful, aggressive, and confrontational. Went there today to get my summer tires put on my wife’s car. Very helpful and very friendly and did it very quickly but professionally, would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone for tires.
