DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!! We took our Mercedes in for a simple tire change from Aurora Tire. While installing the new tires, they very clearly damaged the vehicle's suspension as, when the car was returned to us, the body was basically touching the ground! When we picked the car up, they tried to tell us it was totally fine - we were 'good to go'!
