When my son was 4, we went to Kidsworld Pediatric Dentistry for his many cavities. They said he needed general anesthesia, multiple fillings and crowns, and even to remove his baby front teeth because of a “slow infection.” They warned us of all the scary consequences if we didn’t act, and handed us a $5000+ quote. I accompanied my daughter for her upper wisdom teeth removal three days ago. Thanks to Dr. Lau’s skill and gentle approach, the entire process went smoothly. Not only Dr. Lau, but also his assistants including the co-op student and front desk staff were all kind and understanding of a mother’s concerns. I’m truly grateful for their care and kindness!

This is my first appointment. Dr. Lau and all the staff are friendly, and professional in the whole process starting from greeting, taking X-ray, examination and teeth cleaning. They provide excellent service. I'm going to switch my whole family to Dr. Lau. I will recommend my friends to Dr Lau for sure. Both Dr. Lau and the receptionist Catherine could speak fluent English and Cantonese!
