Was great! Just takes way too long for discharge
The nurse's on the 11th floor need to communicate better with all the staff working together. My mother was had surgery on may 24th they said 7 9 days and shell be home its been over a month and she now foing on her 3rd surgery and dont know went shell be home. Communion needs alot of work up on the 11th floor.
The Docs and the the staff has been wonderful! The Lombarde Center is awesome! The valet service needs some work tho...😟 Lines are way to long when dropping your car off. If you walk up to someone in uniform you get told "I'm on break, go find someone else". Up by the ER/main door is the worst!

It takes a special person to do what these people do Day in and day out. I have had the pleasure of experiencing how true professionals operate. When my grandpa was there years prior to visiting a good friend of mine that has been in and out of there the last couple of months. The staff at St. Luke's is over the top professional, kind, and just amazing people. Thank you for making "non perfect" times easier. No one does it better than St. Luke's!
I love the layout of the hospital.the piano on the 2nd floor is nice the healing garden is amazing also the icu family waiting room really covers your needs when you need to spend more time in a hospital setting than you might really want too. Almost forgot about the galoria photos apparently taken by staff that show beauty in life .also acted as a major land mark in the hospital that helps guide your way in this huge facility. By far the best hospital I've ever very been in. Dr Scott Kamelle and his team have been fantastic very personable and considerate. My surgery nurse Karen helped me through my pre-surgery fear. All of the nurses and CNA's are top notch. I would highly recommend that everyone choose St. Luke's for your medical needs !
