Spine clinic was fine, but the imaging dept receptionists kept misgendering me over and over, after I explained I am a woman many times. They also told me I could not wear my dress, which the xray person said was wrong. I also got abandoned at imaging despite being told a patient assistant would be available. After 45 min I was told I may have to wait another hour and a half to find an aid. So the receptionists were nasty enough to leave me waiting 2 hours to find an aid for 4 minutes.. the womens changing rooms were full of... read more
Dr F will rush your treatment and leave you in pain for months,..my PT order was denied bc he could not write 2 words correctly. I am a social worker and see much Healthcare, he comes off as a buffoon.
Called over a week ago, told to leave a voicemail, I did. Still waiting for a call back. Horrible customer service! Think I'll call another system and see if they see patients!
