If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The lack of urgency and professionalism in the emergency room was extremely concerning. Specifically, staff member Alondra G failed to properly communicate the seriousness of the situation in the notes. We brought someone in who had suffered a seizure, a fractured jaw, and a laceration, and while sitting in the waiting room he repeatedly mentioned feeling extremely dizzy. God help you should you ever be really sick and need to have them call you a ride home through your insurance here. You'll wait for hours and hours and no transport will ever show up. Have never been through this at any other hospital but it happens 90% of the time here. They'll reassure they called, but I seriously wonder. Just happened to me yesterday. Had to leave feeling woozy and hoped I could get on the bus home for free.

tuve mi bebé ahí y las enfermeras fueron muy amables igualmente la mayoría de los doctores especialistas, estuvieron muy pendientes de mi embarazo que fue de alto riesgo, realmente me sentí muy apoyada emocionalmente

Went in for bleeding , G.I TEAM found out the problem and fix it . I want to give a huge s/o to S3 Floor All The CNA’S, RN, MD , LAB DID AND EXCELLENT JOB MY FAVS WHERE BRITTANY(Rn) (JILL) on night shift, thanks for the encouraging words.
