The Payment Specialist at Aurora Health Care decided today that it was okay to call my husband and give him a piece of her mind after he tried to help me get a credit that has been on our account since November. This after I emailed them on 1.12.17 with no response....no, thank you for your email, we are processing your request.....no, thank you for the informaiton we will contact you.....nothing.
