was really looking forward to trying this place but left feeling kinda meh. the stylist was nice enough but they totally rushed through my haircut and it shows. i asked for soft layers and ended up with something choppy and uneven on one side. the salon itself is cute but the wash station chair was super uncomfortable and my neck hurt after. just expected more for the price honestly, probably wont go back.
Really disappointed. I have been looking for a new salon closer to where I live and happened to find Aurora Salon with many great reviews. Upon booking they were nice enough to squeeze me into an appointment at the last minute and my stylist was very sweet. However, after a few weeks in - I've noticed some very severe unevenness. This is the first time I've straightened my hair since I got it cut and the layers weren't even separated correctly. Nicole is amazing! She consistently brings my vision to life and I always leave feeling satisfied with my hair. She is super sweet and makes the entire experience comfortable. Time flies because we are just chatting the whole time!
